The World Spirits Alliance is the global voice of the spirits sector, championing responsible policies, open and fair trade, and sustainable practices across the international marketplace. WSA’s mission is to foster an open, transparent, and rules-based trading environment that enables the spirits industry to thrive.
The objective of the WSA and its members is to advocate for:
• Elimination of tariff, non-tariff barriers;
• Fair, transparent and evidence-based regulation of distilled spirits;
• Adequate excise tax structures and non-discriminatory taxes;
• Proportionate evidence-based public health measures for distilled spirits;
• Ambitious strategies to combat illicit alcohol.
